Acceptance of Terms

By using this application, you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. If you use the application as an employee or representative of another legal entity, you accept these terms personally or on behalf of that legal entity.

Services Provided

The Car Ex application manages marketing activities, such as presenting and selling products on behalf of their owners, providing supporting marketing services, and delivery. Through the application, you can place orders to purchase various products. When a customer decides to buy a product from the application, the legal contract is formed between Car Ex and the customer.

Privacy Policy

Information about you and your visits to the application may be collected and processed according to our privacy policy. By using the application, you agree to this.

Delete Personal Account

You can delete your personal account from the application by accessing the account interface, then selecting the profile and choosing to delete the account. Deleting your account will result in the complete removal of all associated information with the account as well.

Access to the Application

You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access the application. You must maintain the confidentiality of any passwords you use for the application and not disclose them to any third party. You are also responsible for any use made through your username, password, or email for this application. Please note that we may retain your personal information securely, using it only in accordance with our privacy policy.

Unlawful Use of the Application

You are not allowed to use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes, introduce any virus or other harmful programs, disable the application, attempt unauthorized access to the application or the server storing the application, or any connected server, computer, or database. We reserve the right to suspend access to this application, or terminate accounts at any time and for any reason, including maintenance or development of the application. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain parts of the application or the entire application for registered users. In case of violation of the terms and conditions or suspicion by Car Ex officials that any user has violated any of these terms, we have the right to immediately terminate their use of this application or use of any part of the application.

Disclaimer

In Car Ex, we make every effort to ensure that the prices offered to customers are competitive. However, we cannot guarantee that the prices are the cheapest, nor can we guarantee that the prices will not change after a certain period, as the service provider or spare parts dealer has the right to offer the item at a different price after a certain period. We also cannot guarantee that the application will operate continuously, without interruption, or be error-free. The responsibility for the accuracy of the data of the goods displayed in the application lies entirely with the goods or service provider, who is solely responsible for ensuring that the goods or service offered comply with the required specifications and standards specified by law. Car Ex completely disclaims any responsibility, under any circumstances, for any claims related to the accuracy of the price data provided by goods providers and spare parts dealers on the application or arising from it. Car Ex is not responsible for any actions, behaviors, negligence, or all of the above by goods and service providers and spare parts dealers. Any complaints, objections, or legal claims should be directed to the goods and service providers and the merchant offering the item.

Terms and Conditions of Purchasing through "Car Ex"

All purchase prices do not include delivery fees, if any, which will be added to the total cost of the order at the payment stage.

Delivery of the item to the customer may be delayed for more than 3 days based on the availability of the item with the merchant or due to shipping companies. All refund operations are carried out electronically.

In some cases, the merchant or service provider may delay updating their inventory of some parts and products. Therefore, you may face a delay in delivering the product or even canceling the order. In this case, the full amount of the order will be refunded, including any additional fees paid. In such cases, Car Ex and the merchants are not obligated to complete the sale. The application may have to refuse or cancel any purchase for any reason at any time without providing a reason, whether for the customer or any other party.

Car Ex disclaims all responsibility for any sale or agreement between the merchant and the customer if the payment process takes place outside the application. Car Ex is not responsible for any transfers executed to accounts other than its official accounts mentioned in the application.

In case of purchasing a product, we provide the customer with a payment receipt via email if registered.

In the event of the rejection of the electronic payment process and the failure to complete the purchase on the application while your bank has withdrawn the amount from the used card, you should contact the issuing bank, and Car Ex completely disclaims any responsibility for any similar errors that may result from that.

All offers and services presented in the application include the value of the sales tax.

Shipping and Risks

The customer must register the address correctly and completely, and "Car X" is not responsible for any errors in the registered address. If the goods are delivered to the registered location and not received, "Car X" has the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount to the customer, deducting the delivery costs, electronic payment fees if any, driver gratuity, and any additional fees related to the value of the sold products.

Every possible effort will be made to ship and deliver the order as quickly as possible, within 3 business days. However, the application is not responsible for delays in delivering any order under circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer upon shipping to the address registered in the order. The customer is responsible for any damages or defects to the product after receipt.

The responsibility for the risk of loss or damage to the order passes to the buyer upon delivery, and they are not entitled to a refund of the order value except according to the cancellation and refund conditions.

The customer bears the shipping cost, which varies depending on the product and distance. The customer will be provided with the delivery cost when completing the order.

In case the order is shipped, and the customer does not receive the prepaid order, and the order is returned to our warehouse by the delivery driver, the customer is required to pay an additional shipping fee to resend the order within a similar delivery period. If two months pass with the order in our warehouses, attempts to reach the customer fail, and the customer is unresponsive, "Car X" is not responsible for the order entirely after this period.

Products are displayed from multiple merchants at different prices, and the stock may deplete after purchase. In this case, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded without any deductions.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

The cancellation and refund policy applies to orders containing products without offers, and products falling under any temporary offers are not subject to this policy. "Car X" has the right to approve or reject cancellation or refund requests for products under package offers.

Cancellation of Orders Before Product Shipment

You can request to cancel your purchase order by contacting customer service through the WhatsApp button available in the main menu of the application.

You can cancel your order at any time before 3 hours from the order creation time, and the full paid amount will be refunded through electronic payment channels, after deducting the value of electronic payment company commissions.

"Car X" is not obliged to provide any compensation to the buyer except for the paid order value.

Refund After Product Shipment

If the sent item to the customer is correct, matching what was displayed in the application, or selected by the customer from the displayed list, the customer has no right to request replacement or refund unless they bear all the costs associated with that. For example, but not limited to, electronic payment company commissions, gratuities, payment on delivery fees, delivery fees for the returned order, and others.

The customer can submit a refund request for orders as mentioned above within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of receipt, bearing the shipping fees, electronic payment company commissions, gratuities, and payment on delivery fees if applicable.

In case the customer wishes to refund one of their orders, they can submit a refund request through customer service via the WhatsApp button in the main menu of the application.

The customer service employee will request sending pictures of the product in its original condition. If the product is returned in a condition other than its original state, "Car X" has the right to reject the refund request.

After approving the refund request, the customer is charged all the mentioned fees plus the returned order shipping fees. Then, the remaining amount is transferred through electronic channels only.

If the store sends a piece that does not match the specifications of the customer's order or sends an unusable piece, the customer has the right to request replacement or refund within three days of the order's arrival. The full paid amount will be refunded without any deductions.

The customer agrees to return the product in its original packaging and in the same original condition. If this does not occur, the delivery driver has the right to refuse to accept the returned order, and the shipping fees for the returned order will not be refunded.

"Car X" does not accept refund requests for already executed service products under any circumstances. However, the customer can refund service products before execution at any time, bearing only the commissions of electronic payment companies.

Appointment Booking

Booking an appointment through the "Car X" application is considered a commitment to completing the service at the reserved time. However, "Car X" does not guarantee any claims for compensation due to failure to adhere to the scheduled service time in advance.

If a customer purchases only a service product, they have the right to cancel or modify their appointment at any time.

If the sold service includes the supply and installation of spare parts, the customer has the right to cancel the appointment at any time before at least 6 hours from the scheduled time. Meanwhile, the appointment time can be modified at any time.

Service providers have the right to apologize for not adhering to the reserved appointment, and the customer can book another appointment within the validity period of the sold service.

The service provider has the right to apologize for not executing the service if a different vehicle is brought than the one agreed upon in the application when placing the order.

If the customer purchases an offer that does not match the specifications of their vehicle, they are not entitled to a refund for the offer except within the specified refund conditions.

The additional services mentioned in the offer cannot be compensated in cash or replaced with another service if they cannot be executed.

The customer is not entitled to claim any compensation resulting from the non-execution of the service at the expected time.

Claims and Disputes

In the event of any claims or disputes, the regulations, courts, and committees within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan are applicable to resolve these claims or disputes.
